1. Who we are

Spotli ("we", "us", "our") creates personalised search-and-find books for customers in Australia. We are based in Australia and can be contacted at hello@spotli.com.au.

2. What we collect

• Photos: Photos you upload to generate your book. These are used solely for AI image generation and are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after your scenes have been created.
• Order information: Your name, email address, and shipping address to fulfil your order.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Account information: If you create an account, your email address and order history.

3. How we use your information

• To generate your personalised book
• To process and fulfil your order
• To send you order updates and your preview
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell, share, or use your personal information for advertising or any third-party purposes.

4. Photo deletion

Your uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers as soon as your 25 scenes have been generated. This is built into the system — not a manual process. We retain no copies.

5. Third-party services

We use the following trusted services to operate Spotli:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Cloud — AI image generation
• Supabase — secure data storage (hosted in Australia/US)
• Resend — transactional emails
• Vercel — website hosting

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@spotli.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
